I’m Megan—designer, home stager, former nurse, real estate agent, and mom of two (plus two very fluffy Portuguese Water Dogs). I founded Edit and Stage Co. with one mission: to create spaces that feel like home—whether you’re selling, staying, or simply starting fresh.

After years in nursing, I transitioned into real estate to find more balance for my family—and unexpectedly found my passion in design. I’ve walked through hundreds of homes and know precisely what buyers connect with and what sellers often overlook. That’s where thoughtful staging and styling come in.

I believe in intentional edits, livable design, and a touch of personality that brings every space to life. Whether we’re prepping your home for market or giving your living room a seasonal glow-up, I bring heart, hustle, and a little humor to everything I do.
